- About Desiree'
Nearly two decades in the classroom. Just as many years in your corner.
Desiree’ has spent more than 22 years working with children and adults with special needs — 16 of those years with Carroll ISD, first as a special education classroom teacher, then as the district’s Behavior Specialist and teacher trainer. She has also served as a behavior analysis consultant and teacher trainer for the Central Texas Autism Center, where her work extended to Plano ISD, McKinney ISD, and Coppell ISD.
That dual perspective — inside the classroom, and at the family’s side — shapes everything about how she works. Desiree’ continues to train teachers and administrators, and speaks regularly at conferences for families raising children and young adults with special needs.
In 2015, she founded Noack Consulting, LLC to bring that same care and experience directly to families and school districts across North Texas.

“My husband and I began working with Noack Consulting in January 2017 for in-home ABA services for our 19yr old daughter. We have always heard that ABA therapy would not work unless you start at a young age. Desiree and Wendy gave us hope and after the initial assessment, they were able to come up with behavior strategies to set us up for success. They were able to recognize behaviors that were unknown to us and help observe us in “real-time” on how to react to them. It is hard work, but for the first time, we are hopeful that our daughter’s behaviors will enable her to have more opportunities in programs that serve adults with disabilities. Do I need a lawyer instead of an advocate?
Not usually. Most families need someone who understands the IEP/ARD process and can help them prepare, not litigate. If your situation does require legal representation, Desiree’ can help you understand when that step makes sense.
What does this cost?
Pricing depends on the scope of support your family needs. We’ll talk through options — a single document review, ongoing advocacy, or something in between — during your free consultation, so there are no surprises.
How soon can we get help before our next ARD meeting?
Reach out as soon as you know a meeting is coming up. Desiree’ will do her best to review documents and prepare with you, even on a tighter timeline.
Do you work with school districts directly, or only with families?
Both. Most of Desiree’s work is with families, but she also offers independent training for teachers and staff at districts across North Texas.
What areas do you serve?
The Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex is home base, with surrounding North Texas communities served by request.
